Foods we eat do not cause acne.

As what other people believe, foods are the sources that trigger acne and pimples. But the fact is, acne and pimples are caused by the bacteria clogged beneath the layers of the skin and foods do not have anything to do with the acne infection.

We have been deceived by the false belief that chocolates, nuts, and other oily snacks resulted to acne.

A lot of grounds that influence the occurence of acne are actually out of our control. Most of the acne that appear in our skin is produced by the unstable hormones of the body. Even genetics play a major role in the development of acne based on the examinations and studies made by dermatology experts.

Now that we are aware of this fact, we can treat acne properly by using the right medication for different factors that cause acne and for the individual type of skin.

Although foods are not the major cause of acne, we still have to be disciplined in choosing the right and healthy food. Keeping the body fit and well will greatly help the skin avoid the occurrence of acne and pimples, and skin will also become improved each day.
